Food safety is the guarantee everyone’s right of all to access quality food, continuously and in the adequate amount, supported by healthy alimentary habits. It is responsibility of the national states to assure this right and they must make it in obligator joint with society, within the feasible ways to achieve these goals.
The food safety appears currently as one of the main concerns of the food industry, as well as of general consumers. However, the lack of conscience by the sector in relation to the necessity of creating efficient systems of prevention and the lack of consumers information, lead to consider these concerns as a true paradox.
